This smoothie composed of banana and orange can help us to fill up with energy before starting a yoga session or regain strength after finishing our daily yoga.
A smoothie will help fill us with energy at any time of the day. It is a good way to take carbohydrates from healthy sources such as fruits, vegetables and legumes.
We are lucky to have fruits like bananas all year round and fruits such as oranges from November to April. This smoothie being composed mainly of these two fruits, will serve as a source of energy in the cold months, thanks to its high content of vitamin C from orange and banana.
The ingredients that we will use are the following:
- 1 soy yogurt without sugar
- 1 juice of 3 oranges squeezed by us
- 2 dates which do not contain bone
- 1 banana
- 1 glass of unsweetened oat milk
We are going to use soy yogurt to be able to add protein to our milkshake, also thanks to the oat milk that we will use we will provide carbohydrates. The dates will help us sweeten the smoothie.
Elaboration: Once we have introduced all the ingredients in the blender, we must program it a couple of minutes, until we see that we have a homogeneous smoothie with a texture that is pleasant. In the case of wanting more liquid you can add more vegetable milk
