HAUS is a boutique studio in the center of Vigo where barre, strength and reformer pilates classes are combined in the same space. The approach is based on dynamic and complete workouts with the aim of improving strength, posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. We work in small groups to enjoy a closer and more personalized attention.
