17:00h - Barre Tone It with Soulbbarre
With elastic band is a full session body of 50 minutes where we work with our own body weight and elastic bands to tone, strengthen and activate the whole body without aggressive impact.
Inspired by barre, pilates and functional movements, the class combines dynamic and controlled sequences focused on legs, glutes, arms and core.
