RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days, from the moment you receive the package, to return or exchange your order FREE OF CHARGE and at home.
Changes
Exchanges can only be made for size, not for another model or color.
The first exchange is free of charge. If you wish to make a second exchange, the customer assumes the shipping costs.
Once the exchange has been requested through this formthe delivery person will pick up the unwanted item and deliver the requested item.
Returns
You can choose between these two types of refunds:
1- Instant through Reveni: you will receive your money 4 seconds after filling out this form. this form requesting the refund.
2- Through the payment method with which the order was placed: you will receive your money within 10 - 15 working days, since we receive the items in the warehouse.
Once the return has been requested, the delivery person will pick up the package at the address indicated and will carry the shipping label.
*In case you have made the payment through Scalapay, Klarna or Amazon Pay, it will not be possible to request the refund instantly.
