Force / Resistance

In JW we help people, mainly over 35 years old, to improve their health through a training based on strength and cardiovascular work, adapted to their reality and vital moment.

We work with our own methodology, the JW METHOD, which is developed in small groups where each session is guided, structured and adapted individually within the group, ensuring safety, progression and constant support.

Our approach goes beyond one-off training: we aim for people to be able to sustain the exercise over time, integrating it into their lives and generating real adherence.

In addition, we have a one to one service for more specific needs or more personalized processes.
