Chair pose: feet and knees together in relevé (on your toes). Align ankles and knees. Make use of the bar by pulling on it to correct the back. Open chest, lower shoulders. Activate abdominal and do small pulses to activate gluteus and leg. You'll notice it right away. This is a barre basic and also one of the most difficult movements.

Bilbao:

Located in the north of Spain, in the Basque Country, this cosmopolitan city has managed to leave behind its more industrial and gray past, to become a benchmark for both national and international tourism thanks to its extensive leisure, cultural and especially gastronomic offer, in which its delicious pintxos stand out.
One of the great protagonists of this change is its iconic Guggenheim Museum, designed by the American Frank O. Gehry, the avant-garde architecture of the building is impressive.
