Exchanges and Returns

You have30 days from the date you receive the package to return or exchange your order.

CHANGES

National (Peninsular Spain)

Exchanges can only be made for a different size, not for a different style or color. 

The first exchange is free and includes free shipping. If you wish to make a second exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs. 

Once you've requested the exchange through Reveni's exchanges and returns portal, the delivery person will pick up the unwanted item and deliver the requested item. 

International (Outside mainland Spain)

  • No changes will be accepted. Only refunds may be requested.

RETURNS

National (Peninsular Spain)

  • Returns at pickup locations (InPost) are FREE. 

You can choose between these two types of refunds:

1- Instant refund via Reveni: You'll receiveyour money 4 seconds after filling out this refund request form.

2- Via the payment method used to place the order: You will receiveyour refund within 10–15 business days after we receive the items at our warehouse. 

Once the return has been requested, the delivery person will pick up the package at the specified address and will provide the shipping label.

*If you paid via Scalapay, Klarna, or Amazon Pay, you will not be able to request an instant refund.

International (Outside mainland Spain)

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for the return. The refund does not include the shipping costs you paid when placing your order.

  • For orders from the UK, the U.S., Mexico, and Argentina, we include a return label, which will be required if you wish to return an item.

Items must be inTHEIR ORIGINAL CONDITIONand have all tags intact.

Points to keep in mind regarding accessories:

· Mats must be returned in their original packaging. They will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.

· Bottles, resistance band sets, yoga blocks, socks, and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

If the returned items do not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to arrange for the return of the product, and the refund will be canceled. Please note that in these cases, we do NOT cover the return shipping costs.
