MEDIUM INTENSITY - 20'.
In this class we will do leg work using several basic ballet positions to improve your resistance, balance and postural correction. We will finish with gluteal work using elastic bands to increase resistance.
* Classes are suitable for all ages. If you are pregnant, it is important that you consult your doctor before doing these exercises as it will depend on the trimester in which you are and how you feel, especially if you are not used to exercise. Remember not to exceed 150 beats per minute.
