Friday Favorites

Little by little, we have managed to create a real community and we would like to connect more and more with you and keep growing. To do this we thought that from now on, every week, we will leave here our favorites, from yoga postures to healthy recipes, so that you will have a compilation of the things you like the most. We want to have variety so don't hesitate to leave us your comments with suggestions :)

FAVORITE POSTURE:

We'll start with a variation of the downward facing dog pose. This posture strengthens the back muscles, stretches hamstrings and calves, calms the mind and improves digestion. In addition, like most prone poses, it promotes brain irrigation and cell regeneration and can help relieve menstrual cramps.

Caution: if you suffer from hypertension, rest your head on a block.

MATCHAMOLE By @baiafoodco

Here's a super simple recipe to enrich the traditional guacamole with MATCHA and ORGANIC HEMP.

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1/2 onion

1 teaspoon ORGANIC MATCHA (3g)

2 tbsp ORGANIC HAMMOCK (10g)

1 squeeze of lemon

EVOO

Salt/pepper

Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and put the flesh in a bowl.

Chop the onion finely and mix with the avocado. Use a fork or knife to mash everything until it is a more or less homogeneous mass.

Add the matcha and hemp seeds along with the olive oil and the squeeze of lemon. Salt and pepper to taste and ready.

FAVORITE ESCAPE

Jávea. Take advantage of the last days of summer that we have left in one of the beaches that we have closer to the capital, perfect for a weekend getaway. Its hidden (and not so hidden) coves are ideal for relaxing and refreshing.

If you are more of those who can not stand still, you have routes along the coast with incredible views. You can also rent a kayak and take a ride through the impressive caves.
