We are about to finish a month that has been full of news and special days, and we want to share them with you in this compilation of our favorites!
Yesterday was International Earth Day, a day when the focus is on raising awareness about the environmental problems that threaten our planet, as well as driving actions to solve them.
For us at Born Living Yoga, International Earth Day is a special date because, since our inception, we have strived to fulfill our duty to the environment. Thanks to our commitment to sustainable fabrics that require little water during the manufacturing process, avoid the loss of micro-plastics during washing and do not require long washes during their life cycle, we help reduce not only water use, but also energy use. And, with our Hop on the Born Wave movement, we wanted to give voice to our commitment, as well as inspire and join forces among all in the responsible use of water.
So, small actions in your day-to-day life can have a big impact on the care of our planet. You only have to start adopting new gestures such as: improving your habits when doing the laundry, being constant with recycling, reducing your consumption of plastics and opting for bags and bottles made of materials that do not contain them, committing to sustainable tourism, shortening your shower time or reducing your car journeys, among others.
