
1. Status of my order
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email indicating the expected delivery time.
As soon as your order is in delivery, you will receive an email from the logistics operator (GLS or DHL) with a link so that you can check where your order is. Through this link you also have the option to reschedule when you want to receive it, or select the "pick-up point" option in case you prefer to pick up the package yourself, instead of receiving it at the address you indicated when placing the order (this last option is only available with GLS).
2. Modify or cancel an order
It is possible to change the shipping address or cancel an order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Call us at +34 91 805 64 02 or send us an email at hello@bornlivingyoga.com and we will help you to solve it.
On the other hand, if the order has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we will not be able to handle the cancellation. You will have to make a return when the package arrives.
3. Where is a discount code applied?
Once you have added the products you want to buy to your cart, on the checkout page (the page where you enter your data), you must enter the discount code in the field where it says "gift card or discount code" and click on the "Use" button.
Remember! Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
* The codes for web will not be redeemable in physical stores, and vice versa.
4. Are the items included in the bag automatically reserved?
No, adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee its reservation or availability.
There are products in high demand that may be sold out before the end of the purchase even though they were available when you added them to the cart.
So, if there is a product that you love, don't think about it!
5. Invoice request for an order
Of course. Send us an email to hello@bornlivingyoga.comwith your details and the id of your order, and we will send you the invoice by email as soon as possible.
6. Methods of payment
Supported payment methods are Credit Card (Vista and Mastercard), American Express, BIZUM, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amex, UnionPay, Multibanco, MB WAY.
You can also pay in installments without interest through Klarna.
Klarna
With the Pay in 3 installments option, you can split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. At checkout, you will see the option "Pay in 3 interest-free installments". Choose this option and enter your credit card information to complete the purchase. Klarna does not charge you any interest, commissions or fees for using a bank card.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes. Born Living Yoga assumes all of these costs.

1. Request a change
You have 30 days, from the moment you receive the package, to exchange your order.
National (mainland Spain)
- The first exchange is free of charge. If you wish to make a second exchange, the customer assumes the shipping costs.
Exchanges can only be made for size, not for another model or color.
Once the exchange has been requested through the Reveni portal, the delivery person will pick up the unwanted item and deliver the requested item.
International (Europe)
It is not possible to request an exchange outside mainland Spain.
2. Request a refund
You have 30 days, from the moment you receive the package, to return your order.
National (mainland Spain)
- The returns are FREE and delivered to your home.
Once the return has been requested through the Reveni portal, the delivery person will pick up the package at the address indicated and will carry the shipping label.
International (Europe)
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund does not include the shipping costs you paid when placing your order.
For UK and USA orders, we include a return label, which will be required if you wish to make a return. If you have not received it, please contact hello@bornlivingyoga.com to request a duplicate.
3. Refund of a return
You can choose between these two types of refund:
1- Instant through Reveni: you will receive your money 4 seconds after filling out this form requesting the refund.
2- Through the payment method with which the order was placed: you will receive your money back within 10 - 15 working days after we receive the items in the warehouse.
*In case of having made the payment through Klarna or Amazon Pay, you will not be able to request the refund instantly.
4. Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges
Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and all tags must be intact.
Points to note about accessories:
· The mats must be returned with the original packaging. They will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.
· Bottles, resistance band sets, yoga blocks, socks and panties cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the returned items do not meet the required conditions, we will contact you to proceed to return the product and the refund will be cancelled. Please note that in these cases we do NOT cover the return shipping costs.

1. Availability of items
We do not normally restock out-of-stock products, except for those in the "Best Sellers" collection.
However, there are usually small replacements due to exchanges or returns. So we recommend that you subscribe to the "Back in stock", that is, that you click on the envelope that appears next to the out of stock sizes and enter your email so that we can notify you by mail when there is new stock.
But, if you like any product, run and do not think about it because you can run out of it.
2. What is my size?
On the product page you can consult the size guide in the "Size Guide" section, or you can also use the customized size recommender.
In addition, within the product page you will also find the measurements of the model, which can serve as a guide to choose the size that best suits you according to your preferences.

3. Garment composition and care
- You can wash it in the washing machine, always in cold water.
- Do not use bleach or whitening products.

- Do not tumble dry. Our fabrics are quick drying.


1. How to buy a gift card and check its conditions

Once you finish the purchase you will receive an email with the gift card code. Please note that it may take a few hours. When you have received the email, print it or send it to that special person so they can enjoy their gift.
The purchase of a gift card does NOT include the delivery of a physical card. It is a digital card.
It is only valid for orders on our website.
It has no expiration date.
2. How to pay for an order with a gift card
The digital gift card works like any other payment method. On the checkout page, enter the gift card code you received via email in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click on the "Apply" button.
If the balance of the card is higher than the amount of your order, it will be subtracted and you will be able to use the card again until the balance is used up. If, on the other hand, the amount of your order is greater than the balance on the card, you will have to complete the payment with another of the available payment methods.
3. Return of orders placed with a gift card
The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns of orders paid for with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card. That is, to the code received by email.
If at the time of purchase you have used more than one method of payment and you make a partial return of your order, the refund will go first to the Gift Card.
