Summer has arrived with great force and is filling this month of June with many events and incredible moments! In addition, the heat is getting hotter and hotter and our bodies are feeling it. Discover our summer favorites!


On June 14 and 15 we went to Ibiza to celebrate a very special event surrounded by an incredible team of influencers. On the occasion of World Oceans Day (which was on June 8th), we wanted to gather a group of influencers so they could help us in a very important task: taking care of our oceans.

In these two days we have organized different experiences for our guests to live a complete trip in which two concepts were combined: wellness and sustainability. On the one hand, the team was able to train with our dance, HIIT barré and yoga classes, which we broadcast live so that you could join us in this experience from your home, and they enjoyed the typical gastronomy of the island. But most importantly and our main mission is that, together with Born Living Yoga and Ocean52, our guests joined our Hop on the Born Wave movement, helping us to take care of our beaches through a clean up in Cala Nova, where they could understand first hand the problem that our seas and oceans suffer due to human impact.


Next June 21, is International Yoga Day, a very special date for us and, we want to celebrate it with you through our Instagram!

Next Monday, you have to be very attentive to our live because, we will accompany you from morning to afternoon with some very special yoga classes. Don't miss our agenda! We start at 9 am with Yamila (@chi_yoga_) to start your day with energy thanks to her dynamic yoga, then we will focus on CORE and hips with Sheila's (@shylasvsyoga) class at 10, we continue with some relaxation from the hand of Amalia Panea with her facial yoga class at 12, and we will continue with a yoga class with Sandra Monteiro at 4 in the afternoon, finally, we will finish with a special class for pregnant women with Lucia Liencres at 7.

With the arrival of the heat, our body asks for a little lighter and cooler meals, and today we want to share with you a very special and soft version of the typical gazpacho: we propose you a watermelon gazpacho!

For this recipe you will need:

  • 250g of peeled and sliced watermelon
  • 250g of ripe tomato
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100g stale bread
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 15ml of Modena vinegar
  • 30ml EVOO

First wash the tomatoes and remove the hard parts. Then, wash the bell pepper and remove both the seeds and the head of the bell pepper. You should cut them into regular pieces and place them in a blender glass. Now, peel the garlic clove and cut it in half and add it to the blender. Once you have these three ingredients, blend until you have a homogeneous mass.

Cut the bread into regular pieces and place them in a bowl with cold water until it softens (approximately 10 minutes). Drain the water from the bread and add it to the glass together with the cleaned watermelon and mash it again.

Taste the mixture and season to taste. Then add the oil and blend the mixture at maximum power for about 5 minutes - this way the oil will emulsify with the mixture. Now you just have to see if your gazpacho has the thickness and texture to your liking, and put it in the fridge to cool well before serving. Enjoy it!
