Fisio&Bienestar is committed to the Pilates Method as a conscious and adaptable training that improves posture, mobility, strength and flexibility. It has teachers with more than 15 years of experience who plan the classes to favor the progress of the students. It also has physiotherapists who prevent and treat injuries, and offers osteopathy with a holistic approach to the body. Its differential value is to combine Pilates, physiotherapy and osteopathy to achieve a remarkable physical improvement and promote overall wellness. In addition, we organize specific workshops to deepen and work on different aspects of training and health.
