PULS is a Boutique Wellness Club that combines training, recovery, wellness and community in one space. We offer more than 10 types of group classes, including strength training, functional training, mobility, yoga, pilates and body control disciplines. We also have personal training, a dedicated relax & recovery area and a free training area. Our programming is designed as a training ecosystem, where each discipline serves a specific purpose to develop strength, mobility, endurance and overall wellness.
